Now is the perfect time to pause and reflect upon the work we've done together this year. The purpose of this post is to showcase some of our best stuff from 2014 (and there was a lot of it!). And what about 2015? We'll share what we have planned for Higher Logic and what's up for January.
The Orange Army grew, specifically on the customer implementation, support and technical teams. We maintain a constant focus on who and what is needed to enhance our client experiences now and into the future. We put our customers first - and we're thankful for them.
Clients Ask, We Listen
Every six to eight weeks we release product updates and enhancements that are designed to not only improve our product, but also improve usability. Major highlights include automation rules and responsive design templates, and the addition of Reply by Email functionality. Our new Small Org Solution is the all-in-one web solution for growing organizations, plus we've added enhanced security features and additional reporting tools for community managers. We also created a new program for clients, HUG Mentor Match.
Building a dynamic online community is more than implementing a software platform - an organization needs people with knowledge and experience to plan, launch and manage. Providing the opportunity to engage in continual learning is a priority for Higher Logic. Our most downloaded content pieces from 2014 were:

It's important we practice what we preach and continue to educate the world about the value of online communities. We have many programs doing just that. Here's a quick re-cap of the top four:
- HUG Super Forum - our fifth year was our biggest yet. Browse the microsite for more.
- Higher Logic Academy - now in the second year, we host in-person product training to get clients started.
- HUG Buzz - continued our bi-monthly newsletter for clients with seven editions and a 60% open rate.
- Learning Series - seven webinars, 2,740 registrants, eight new content pieces and $400 raised for Feeding America.

Community Managers, January is all about you! We're taking over the month to celebrate with 26 days of #cmgr content and advice. Each day, hear from a new community manager or expert.
