The holidays are a great time to reflect on all of the year’s hard work, and what we’ve accomplished together in 2015. I’d like to brag about a few outstanding goals Higher Logic (and our clients!) achieved this year.
Our automation rules (and community automation across the board) has gained a lot of traction this past year, and we’re excited how useful and well-received auto rules have been for our clients. This year’s Super Forum even had an all-star panel of presenters providing some tips, tricks and hacks to get the most out of our top time-saving engagement tool. Check out my favorites.
Client Corner: Every Higher Logic client has a set of out-of-the-box automation rules with associated email templates, as well as the ability to create new rules and templates from scratch. If you haven’t really dug into the rules yet, read through community manager Lindsay Starke’s tutorial on HUG and watch her recent SNAP! Training.
Volunteering Takes Community to the Next Level
A strong volunteering system can help organizations and their communities tap into its potential. We asked ourselves, “How can we help get the right opportunities to the right volunteers at the right time?” We launched our new Volunteer Manager to make it easier to find, track and reward member engagement. I think my favorite way to explain this great new tool’s potential is from our post on the Cognitive Surplus.
