Higher Logic Acquires Informz and Real Magnet

We can’t believe how eventful 2017 has been for Higher Logic. We’re so proud of all the hard work our employees, partners, and customers have put in to help make this a banner year. And the news doesn’t stop there - we have acquired Informz and Real Magnet!

Informz and Real Magnet are old friends of ours, so we’re beyond excited to officially welcome them into the Higher Logic family. For those who aren’t familiar with them, both are marketing automation software companies who have clients in the association and B2B enterprise markets.

These are two successful companies with leading technologies and talented people behind them, all which complement our team, products, and services. We’ve acquired four companies this year, and that growth results in a 3.5X increase in revenue, customers, and employees. Our headcount went from 206 to 342 employees, and now we have a combined 2,600 customers.

Capture the experience, measure the outcomes

We’ve already been experiencing incredible growth, and this acquisition helps us broaden our community and engagement goals. The ultimate goal is an improved, cohesive ability for our combined customers to reach, engage, recruit, and retain their members and customers. From the initial web visit to renewal and ongoing engagement, the Higher Logic platform will track and manage interactions along each stage of the digital customer experience.

In capturing a broader set of engagement data points, we’ll build richer member/customer personas that enable deep segmentation and personalization to help drive measurable outcomes.

Better customer interactions

These acquisitions will be a major reinvestment in Higher Logic’s own product line. We can combine Informz, Real Magnet, and Higher Logic offerings to result in more effective, targeted marketing and better customer interactions.

Also, the new acquisitions instantly expand our team, our product offerings, and additional social, email, and marketing automation capabilities.
